Zaczynamy od szparag\u00f3w. Myjemy je i odcinamy twarde konc\u00f3wki. Pozosta\u0142a cz\u0119\u015b\u0107 kroimy drobno. Z twardych ko\u0144c\u00f3wek\u00a0 mo\u017cemy ugotowa\u0107 bulion i wykorzysta\u0107 do zup lub sos\u00f3w.*<br \/>\nNa rozgrzan\u0105 patelni\u0119 wrzucamy pokrojonego w paski kurczaka i przesma\u017camy na wi\u0119kszym ogniu z ka\u017cdej strony, nalewamy szklank\u0119 bia\u0142ego wina i po kilku sekundach a\u017c wyparuje alkohol, zmniejszamy ogie\u0144. Dorzucamy czosnek. Gotujemy 15 minut na wolnym ogniu pod przykryciem.
